Finding healthy snacks in college can be extremely difficult. If you don’t have a fridge then at times your options can feel limited.

Dorm or not, there are a variety of snack options out there that can make you feel energy-filled and full. Here are a few ideas the next time you need a bite between meals.

Raw Vegetables and Hummus

Raw vegetables and hummus are a great combo! Hummus contains a vast amount of vitamins and minerals this is a pairing that you can throw in your bag and take on the go any time of the day. 

Whole-Grain Crackers and Cheese

Packed with nutrients, this is a great choice for you gluten lovers. This combination helps you fulfill your grain allowance for the day and is a convenient and fulfilling option.
